All India Letter Writing Competition

Organized by the Department of Posts, Govt. of India, All India Letter Writing Competition is inviting entries from all age groups. The theme of the contest is "Dear Bapu (Mahatma Gandhi), you inspire me.."

Letters can be written in English, Hindi or any other local language. Winning letters will be put on exhibition in Sabarmati Ashram on October 2nd, 2017. Letters should not be more than 1,000 words and should be addressed to the Chief Postmaster General of the respective circles.

The best writers in each category will be given an honorary title of "Patron of Post". The grand prize winner receives Rs. 50,000. Several other prizes will be awarded.
