DexConnect pioneered India’s first Nonprofit-Newspaper partnership that connected over 300,000 Indian families with educational opportunities—directly in their homes. DexConnect’s pioneering partnership with India’s largest circulated newspaper Dainik Bhaskar ran for over 85 weeks and students woke up to DexConnect opportunities every week. The partnership was historic—for the first time ever families long deprived of access to internet and educational opportunities could unlock a world of opportunities for just three rupees or five cents or for free at a local shop.
Global opportunities in local languages
DexConnect eliminates the language barrier for millions of students by reaching global opportunities to students in local languages. Research findings consistently show that students are more likely to engage in the learning process when taught in their native language.
An Olympiad for Every Child
In 2017, DexConnect ran a special campaign to democratize academic Olympiads for over 400,000 families in the states of Bihar and Jharkhand. While Olympiads are considered the highest level of proficiency test for students across different disciplines, these opportunities are still unheard of in the remotest parts of India. DexConnect's special campaign to democratize Olympiads for every child offered children a comprehensive guide to participate and excel in Olympiads in various disciplines as Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Informatics, Robotics and Linguistics.
